Shipping policy

We ship to 

UAE. All orders are subject  to taxes (including VAT) which are incurred at Checkout 

Delivery 

Free & same day delivery within Dubai & Sharjah, on order place before 2pm . Delivery within other UAE will be AED30 for shipping with 1 working day. Cash on delivery. 

How do I check the status of my order ?

After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid ant delay 

Additional Information.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekend and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer have provided a wrong address. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery & shipping address upon ordering. If a wrong delivery address is provided JL.IGNACE cannot reimburse for the package.
